The server product for driver updates isn't bad, but the utility that shipped with my workstation was garbage and never worked. I am old school though and still go out to the support \ drivers site...

WAIT!!! driver conflict!!!!!!! I pulled in a new Boot image and applied only the Z420 drives to it, booted, saw the drive, formatted and is currently applying my image...........WOOHOOO!!!!!!!!
